At VVFY STUDIO, a dedicated PM manages the entire project from consultation to delivery.
Below is a typical workflow based on an acrylic keyring project.

① Consultation & Quote Request
• A dedicated PM is assigned after understanding the project's goals and requirements.
• If needed, we can arrange a sample review and provide a preliminary quote.
② Project Definition
• We define the item to be produced and developed, and organize the content direction and components.
• The production timeline and delivery schedule are discussed and agreed upon.
③ Contract & Final Quote
• Based on the digital content features and item specs, a final quote is issued and the contract is signed.
④ Content Development & Item Production (Parallel)
• Digital content development and physical item production (including samples) proceed simultaneously.
⑤ Content Review & Delivery Coordination
• The digital content undergoes QA and revision, while the physical item is prepared for delivery on schedule.
⑥ Final Delivery
• The physical item and digital content are delivered together as an integrated product.
📌 For items that require molds, additional steps including 3D modeling, mold design, and trial production will be involved.
Don't worry if you don't have a detailed plan yet.
A consultation is possible with just reference images or similar products.
However, thinking through the following items in advance will help us have a more productive discussion:
Purpose of the goods (e.g., promotion, membership authentication, event, etc.)
Expected quantity and budget range
Desired delivery timeline
Reference product or design image

Through the consultation, VVFY STUDIO will help you with:
✔ Defining the direction for your goods
✔ Planning the right NFC content strategy
✔ Proposing the most optimized production solution within your budget
Click the 'Contact Us' button at the top of our homepage and briefly describe your desired development content and requirements.
After reviewing your inquiry, a dedicated PM will be assigned and will contact you by phone or email.
In-person or video meetings can also be arranged if needed.
Pricing varies depending on the following factors, so a flat-rate quote is not possible:
Scope of digital content features
Type and quantity of items to be produced
Materials and packaging specifications
An accurate quote will be provided individually after confirming the project details through consultation.

Even if you only share a basic reference or budget range, we can guide you with example pricing as a starting point.
Yes, you can review our available physical samples during a consultation or meeting.
Yes, custom sample production is available for select items before placing a full order.

However, availability and cost vary based on the following conditions:
Availability: Depends on the item type and specifications
Sample cost: Charged separately, but the full amount is deducted from the final production cost upon order confirmation
If you need a sample, please let us know your desired specifications during the consultation and we will advise on availability and estimated cost.
For keyring-type items that don't require mold production, the average turnaround is 1–2 weeks.

However, timelines may vary depending on item specs or production methods. If the project involves mold production or special processes, it may take 3 weeks or more.
Exact timelines will be confirmed individually after reviewing the production specifications during consultation.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product type and custom specifications.

For NFC goods, the MOQ depends on the product type, specs, and customization options.
Please share the item you'd like to produce or a similar reference, and we'll provide the exact minimum quantity for your requirements through consultation.
Production time varies depending on the type and specifications of the item.

For example, a standard acrylic keyring takes an average of 3–4 weeks from production confirmation, during which the following tasks are handled in parallel:
• Item production
• NFC digital content development
Both processes run simultaneously, and the entire project is completed in time for item delivery.
Exact timelines will be confirmed individually after reviewing the development specs and delivery conditions during consultation.
Yes, bundled packaging with separately purchased or delivered items is also available.

Please note the following conditions:
Prior discussion required: The items to be bundled must be discussed in advance to coordinate the packaging method and schedule.
Inbound deadline: External items must arrive at our facility at least 7 days before the final packaging date.

Depending on the packaging purpose (set configuration, event kit, etc.), we can also suggest the most suitable packaging method.
Yes, it's possible.
Depending on production conditions and quantities, the minimum order quantity may be higher, and availability varies by item, so confirmation is required.
If you share reference images or similar products, we can review and provide a faster response on feasibility.
Yes, custom packaging can be produced based on your reference of choice.

Note that minimum order quantities may vary depending on the type of packaging, so prior confirmation is needed.
We provide structural die-cut files (dieline) for the packaging; graphic design work is not included.
If you have specific packaging requirements, let us know during the consultation and we will guide you accordingly.
Yes, digital content development can be done separately. In this case, the delivery will be in the form of NFC chips only.
We can accommodate your requirements flexibly.

Packaging is broadly divided into NFC chip only or finished product formats, each available in the following options:
Bulk packaging
Individual OPP bag packaging
Dedicated box packaging
Additional packaging costs will apply depending on the option chosen.

We can also discuss shipping methods together, so please let us know your preferences during the consultation.
NFC goods are goods (souvenirs or products) that incorporate Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.
They are interactive products with a built-in NFC chip that connects to digital content when tapped with a smartphone.

For example, they can be used in the following ways:
• NFC chips are embedded in keyrings, cards, packaging, and more
• Tapping with a smartphone automatically redirects to a webpage, video, image, music, coupon, or other desired content

NFC goods can be used in a wide variety of applications such as promotions, membership programs, brand campaigns, e-commerce integration, and event authentication—serving as a tool that bridges the physical and digital worlds at every customer touchpoint.
Absolutely. VVFY STUDIO's NFC chips can be used not only for goods but also in offline spaces and event venues in a variety of ways.
For example, the following use cases can increase customer engagement and extend brand experiences:
Event store entry authentication and on-site content delivery
Event venue reward distribution and mission verification
Content integration at brand promotion booths (video, coupons, surveys, etc.)
AR content connections, product information at exhibitions and experience spaces

Beyond goods, NFC can be applied across all offline touchpoints that require experience design, and we can provide tailored proposals based on your objectives.
VVFY STUDIO provides an NFC content system based on our proprietary security technology.

Key differentiators compared to others:
Access via tag only
- Content cannot be accessed by directly sharing the URL — you must physically tag the NFC chip to access the content.
No app installation or login required
- Content can be viewed instantly in a browser without any app download or account registration.
User tag data provided
- Usage history for each tag (time, frequency, etc.) allows you to collect and analyze user response data.
This technical architecture provides high utility in terms of brand protection, content security, and user experience design.
If NFC tagging isn't working, please check the following:

① Device Compatibility
• Supported on most Android devices and iPhones from iPhone 7 onwards
• Make sure NFC is enabled on your device

② Check Your Tagging Method
• Hold your smartphone (near the NFC antenna location) close to the product
• Hold it steady for 1–2 seconds and check for a vibration or notification

③ Environmental Factors
• Recognition may be reduced near metallic surfaces
• A thick phone case may affect NFC recognition
