An NFC sticker that connects digital and offline worlds through exclusive Lucky Doll outfits

The DONDONZ The Hyundai Pop-Up was built as an interactive experience where the brand's signature DONDONZ dolls could wear a variety of outfits. VVFY Studio installed NFC stickers throughout the pop-up space so that visitors could unlock limited-edition outfits for the dolls simply by tapping the stickers with their smartphones. These outfits were not rewards users could claim with a simple online click. They were designed as on-site-only rewards, strengthening both the fun of participating in the pop-up and the appeal of collecting. Through this project, VVFY Studio expanded the brand's world into a digital experience and created a natural connection between the brand and its audience within the physical pop-up environment.

A new outfit experience unlocked with a simple smartphone tap

Visitors can unlock a new outfit simply by tapping their smartphone on an NFC sticker. Designed as a form of interaction users had never experienced before, VVFY Studio's NFC system made it possible to obtain the outfit only by visiting the pop-up in person. Because the structure cannot be shared or duplicated through a URL, it increases the value of the on-site-only experience.

A digital experience that continues the moment a purchase is made

VVFY Studio designed the experience so that purchasing the product would not end as a simple act of consumption. Through NFC, the purchase immediately extends into a digital interaction. Users can tap right after buying to unlock outfits or explore content, expanding the connection between the brand and its audience even further.
