Galaxy Store NFC On-Site Visit Event

Rewards unlocked only on-site, turning offline visits into digital benefits.

Galaxy Store NFC On-Site Visit Event

The Galaxy Store NFC Game Reward Event connected offline visits directly to Galaxy Store game themes and event coupon pages. When fans tagged NFC on-site, they were taken to the relevant Galaxy Store screen for rewards tied to game IPs such as MapleStory, Wuthering Waves, and Honkai: Star Rail. The key idea was not to use NFC as a simple link, but to create a reward that opens only after a physical visit. Because the experience required users to tag the NFC touchpoint prepared at a specific venue, fans had a clear reason to visit offline if they wanted a certain theme or benefit. VVFY Studio provided the secure NFC chips used for the on-site event. On-site installation and operation were handled as a separate scope, and VVFY's role was to provide the NFC chip containing the assigned Galaxy Store deeplink, creating the touchpoint between the physical tag location and the digital benefit screen. Users could access the theme or coupon inside a familiar app environment with one tap, while the operator could keep the reward tied to actual venue participation. This project combined game-IP fandom, collectible digital rewards, and offline movement. NFC became a digital gate that only opens through the physical venue, connecting the event space, game brands, and mobile benefits into one experience.

The experience zone used signage that showed where to tag NFC and how to participate. Visitors could understand the flow clearly: enable NFC, tap the assigned location, and move to the special theme download screen. VVFY Studio provided the secure NFC chips used in this flow, supporting the connection from the offline touchpoint to the digital benefit screen.

Galaxy Store benefits opened with a single tap

Visitors could tag NFC within the on-site flow of trying Galaxy devices, then move into Galaxy Store's special coupon and theme benefit screens. With on-site operation and installation handled as a separate scope, VVFY provided the secure NFC chip containing the assigned deeplink so the event reward could be tied to the actual offline touchpoint.
